We successfully executed a comprehensive project involving the disassembly of a Reicofil MB 1600 woven production line for a Polish client. The scope of work included full mechanical and electrical dismantling of the machinery, secure packaging, and preparation for road transport. The operations were carried out in January and completed in accordance with the established schedule, fully complying with all applicable technical standards and safety regulations.
The project required precise planning of successive disassembly stages and close coordination of the technical team’s activities. Special attention was given to the identification of line components and the preparation of documentation to ensure efficient reassembly at the new location.
Scope of Work – Machinery Dismantling and Packing
The scope of work included:
- Mechanical disassembly of the Reicofil MB 1600 production line,
- Electrical disassembly, including the disconnection of power and control systems,
- Disconnection, extraction, and organized arrangement of cabling,
- Preparation of technical documentation related to the electrical disassembly,
- Securing machinery and components against transport-related damage,
- Packaging of technological components and their palletization,
- Preparation of machinery for road transport,
- Organization and supervision of loading onto trucks.
Each stage of the work was carried out in an orderly and controlled manner, taking into account the technological specifics of the production line as well as the logistical requirements associated with its relocation.
Organization and Execution of Work
The project was divided into stages, enabling efficient schedule management and minimizing the risk of downtime and work conflicts. The disassembly was carried out by an experienced team of mechanical and electrical technicians, adhering to safety regulations and ensuring full identification of all dismantled components.
The implemented organizational measures and appropriate technical preparation enabled the project to be completed ahead of schedule, confirming the high efficiency of the adopted execution model.

Executing industrial projects in Poland requires a thorough understanding of local technical conditions, occupational health and safety regulations, and the organizational realities of production facilities. Thanks to the experience gained from numerous disassemblies of machinery and production lines within the country, we are able to effectively plan and carry out operations even in active industrial sites.
Each project is executed based on a detailed schedule and a clearly defined scope of work, allowing for efficient coordination of technical teams and minimizing the risk of production downtime. Continuous supervision of the work ensures adherence to high safety standards and quality of execution.

Machinery Assembly and Dismantling – Our Expertise
We specialize in the disassembly of industrial machinery, packaging, and the relocation of production lines across Poland and throughout Europe. Our projects are executed comprehensively, covering all stages of technical work – from initial analysis, through disassembly, to the preparation of machinery for safe transport.
Each industrial machinery disassembly is preceded by detailed planning that takes into account technological, logistical, and scheduling considerations. This approach enables the minimization of production downtime and ensures full control over the work process. Our experience allows us to carry out both the disassembly of individual machines and complex projects involving complete production lines.
We provide technical support at every stage of the project, including team coordination, supervision of work safety, and the preparation of technical documentation required for subsequent assembly at the new location.
What sets us apart in this type of implementation?
- Operational Experience – we carry out the disassembly of machinery and production lines in active industrial facilities, maintaining the continuity of other ongoing production processes.
- Technical Precision – each disassembly is conducted with full component identification, logical sectional division, and organized arrangement of parts for subsequent reassembly.
- Efficient Work Organization – a clearly defined schedule, execution stages, and ongoing team coordination enable the timely completion of projects.
- Safety of Execution – all work is carried out in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations as well as internal safety procedures.
- Technical Documentation – we prepare as-built documentation to support the reassembly and commissioning of machinery at the new location.
