class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of Work and Logistics<\/h2>\n\n<p>As part of the project, our team carried out:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>disconnection of all utilities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mechanical, electrical, and automation disassembly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>securing and labeling components for further transport and assembly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation of equipment for maritime and oversized transport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>As a result of the operations, <strong>200 sea containers<\/strong> and 1<strong>8 oversized loads <\/strong>exceeding standard line and associated equipment<\/h2>\n\n<p>The execution of the project in the state of Georgia was one of the most significant logistical and technical challenges we have undertaken recently. The scale of the investment, the weight and dimensions of the dismantled equipment, and the transcontinental nature of the transport required precise planning at every stage. <\/p>\n\n<p>The disassembly of the main BOPP line with a width of 10.6 meters, along with advanced equipment such as the 3.6 m Leybold vacuum metallizer and the film winding and cutting systems, required the implementation of diverse component securing and labeling techniques. Logistics played a key role in the project \u2013 the preparation and coordination of 200 sea containers and 18 oversized transports demanded flawless organization and thorough knowledge of international transport regulations. <\/p>\n\n<p>Each stage of the work \u2013 from system disconnection, through precise mechanical disassembly, to securing and loading \u2013 was carried out in accordance with the established schedule and applicable technical standards. An additional challenge was the integration with the local infrastructure and coordination with American external entities for transport, storage, and crane operations. <\/p>\n\n<p>The completion of this project serves as further evidence that we possess not only the necessary technical resources and expertise in the disassembly of advanced industrial lines, but also extensive experience in managing multi-stage projects abroad.
