The scope of work included full mechanical and electrical dismantling of the machinery, secure packaging, and preparation for road transport. The operations were carried out in January and completed in accordance with the established schedule, fully complying with all applicable technical standards and safety regulations.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The project required precise planning of successive disassembly stages and close coordination of the technical team\u2019s activities. Special attention was given to the identification of line components and the preparation of documentation to ensure efficient reassembly at the new location. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Scope of Work \u2013 Machinery Dismantling and Packing<\/h2>\n\n<p>The scope of work included:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanical disassembly of the Reicofil MB 1600 production line,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical disassembly, including the disconnection of power and control systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disconnection, extraction, and organized arrangement of cabling,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of technical documentation related to the electrical disassembly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Securing machinery and components against transport-related damage,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging of technological components and their palletization,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of machinery for road transport,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organization and supervision of loading onto trucks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Each stage of the work was carried out in an orderly and controlled manner, taking into account the technological specifics of the production line as well as the logistical requirements associated with its relocation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Organization and Execution of Work<\/h2>\n\n<p>The project was divided into stages, enabling efficient schedule management and minimizing the risk of downtime and work conflicts. The disassembly was carried out by an experienced team of mechanical and electrical technicians, adhering to safety regulations and ensuring full identification of all dismantled components. <\/p>\n\n<p>The implemented organizational measures and appropriate technical preparation enabled the project <strong>to be completed ahead of schedule,<\/strong> confirming the high efficiency of the
