Dismantling and Preparation for Relocation

One of the stages of the comprehensive industrial machinery relocation project carried out by our team was the dismantling of a 3-meter Colines stretch film production line. The work was performed in Germany and constituted a key part of a larger relocation project, the final stage of which will be the reassembly and commissioning of the machine at a new location next year.

The project covered a complete technical process in accordance with international machinery relocation standards:


  • precise dismantling of the Colines production line,


  • disassembly of individual modules and technological components,


  • labeling and inventorying of all components to ensure smooth reassembly in the next stage of relocation,


  • professional packing of machines and components after dismantling.


Each stage of the work was carried out by an experienced technical team, following safety procedures and the manufacturer’s technical documentation.


Packing in accordance with maritime transport standards


After the dismantling was completed, the production line was prepared for long-term transport and storage. We applied maritime packing standards to ensure maximum protection of the equipment:


  • packing in aluminum vacuum foil,


  • anti-corrosion protection for sensitive components,


  • protection against moisture, dust, and environmental factors,


  • load stabilization for future transport and storage.


This ensures that the machine will remain in perfect technical condition until reassembly.


Part of a comprehensive industrial machinery relocation project


The described work was part of a comprehensive production line relocation, which included not only dismantling and packing, but also planning for future assembly, logistics, and re-commissioning of the installation. The assembly of the Colines line is scheduled for next year, which required careful attention to every detail already during the dismantling stage.
